ICCN may send SMS text messages related to our services, including elder monitoring alerts, system notifications, appointment or service updates, and other important information about your ICCN services.
How you opt in: To receive ICCN Elder Monitor safety alerts by text, you must opt in by sending a text message from the mobile number that will receive messages. Text START, ELDER, or MONITOR to (888) 565-4063.
Consent: By texting START, ELDER, or MONITOR to (888) 565-4063, you expressly consent to receive automated, non-marketing safety alert SMS text messages from Investment Control Computer Networks, Inc. (ICCN) at the mobile number you used to text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
ICCN only sends messages to users who opt in by texting first. Providing your phone number to ICCN by any other method (for example, through a website form, phone call, or email) does not enroll you in SMS messaging. SMS messages are only sent after a user initiates opt-in by text.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is event-driven. During active monitoring or service events, multiple messages may be sent in a day.
Cost: ICCN does not charge for text messages; however, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again by texting START, ELDER, or MONITOR.
