Subscription Plans

ICCN offers subscription services for hosted automation, communications workflows, and managed web presence. Final plan availability may vary based on your configuration and compliance requirements.

• Starter — $49/month — Includes hosted web presence and updates, basic metrics reporting, and standard support
• Professional — $149/month — Includes Starter plus hosted automation workflows, integrations, expanded reporting, and priority support
• Enterprise — Custom — Security review, SLA options, custom integrations, and optional Fractional AI CTO leadership

Billing, Renewals, and Taxes

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout). Taxes may be calculated and collected where required. Payments are processed securely via our card processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. To cancel, email info@iccn.com with the email used at checkout and, if available, your order reference (if available).
